Life as a joyful adventure!
Isn’t that what life is supposed to be about? A delightful adventure, never knowing from one day to the next what is coming our way? As a Christian, we are to live life joyfully… not necessarily happily… but joyfully. I think of joyful as a state of being, whereas happy is a feeling we have or don’t have depending on our circumstances.
My particular adventure of life has already had so many twists and turns, detours, construction zones, freefalls, and plateaus… and I’m only thirty-two! I can only imagine what is coming next. I hope to share that with you.
Right now, I don’t expect this to be much more than a sharing of my life, my studies, and my opinions. We will have to see what God wants me to do with this. For now, it will be an outlet for me to write it all out, get it all down in writing … and not drive my friends and family crazy with my mile long posts to social media.
